hey question about your image http://images.gfxartist.com/images/user_image/56938.gif dang how did you get so much animation in there and not having the GIF so large to upload here?

Try using PS Imagready, at the Optimized window, set the color reduction algorithm in "Adaptive" mode, no dither, check the transparency and set the Matte settings into None. then save!

Good job on the dyanmic composition, as well as getting all the nice little nuances specific to each character. I'm not usually a fan of the cutesy caricatures, but this one's alright. Nice job.
