Nicely done. The title though should be dark, but uneffected by the moon making it easier to find when displayed.

dont really like the parts added in addition to the figure drawing itself, esp the texture of the moon
you could draw an environment too and work on the atmo more

loved the strength of the moon at the BG (w/out the texture as mentioned by cigaro)
would prefer the dark knight a bit more in shadows in regard of the light being directly behind but hey this still works for me

Back when I was a kid Batman was suspiciously clean cut and had a very ambiguous partnership with his 'young ward' as Robin was always reffered to. I really like this grittier, less idealistic Batman, with the hint of a darker / imbalanced side to his personality. I feel your image here brings that out well - with the torn cape and piercing expression. The bat sign at the back (sorry can't remember it's proper title - just remember commissioner gordon used it to somon him) works as a great backdrop.
Given the style of the border and the title, this looks like a magazine style cover / poster. Maybe it would be better in the Design section? Just a thought.
